Hiring questions

How is this different from hiring an AI development agency?

Two ways. Speed: the Clarista platform eliminates the infrastructure work (hosting, SSO, scanning, logging) that consumes most of an agency timeline, so delivery is 2–4 weeks instead of 3–6 months. Output: what we hand over is already scanned, running on your cloud, and audit-ready, not a zip file you still have to productionize.

What does it cost?

Fixed price per project, agreed at scoping, typically a fraction of the $50K–$500K agency range for equivalent scope, because the platform does the undifferentiated work. LLM running costs are capped per app before launch.

Who owns the code and the app?

You do. The code lives in your repository, the app runs in your cloud tenancy, and access goes through your SSO. There is no lock-in period and no hostage code.

Can you take over an app our team already vibe-coded?

Yes, that is a common engagement. We import it, fix what the scan finds, move it into your cloud with SSO and logging, and hand it back production-safe.

Can we hire LLM developers or generative AI developers specifically?

Yes. The team includes engineers specialized in LLM application development: RAG pipelines, model integration with Azure OpenAI and Bedrock, prompt and cost engineering, and evaluation.
